Are Macbook computer's any good?

I have that exact Macbook you mentioned, the Macbook Air 13 inch and I like it. I got it just a few weeks ago, and I really like the portability of it. I'm a college student and its perfect for carrying around. The best thing that has really impressed me is the battery life I only charge once every 2-3 days since it has a 12 hour battery life. They are great however for the price I feel I couldve paid a fraction of what I paid for a similar less featured laptop. I've seen a lot of students at my school use Lenovo, which I don't know much about but they seem nice and cost much less. And yes I have all those microsoft programs on mine that I use a lot. Yup. I used to have an HP pavilion laptop. When it died, I replaced it with a Macbook Air. It's a huge improvement in my opinion. The Mac was faster and less complicated. If something went wrong, it's far easier to fix.
You can use all of the Microsoft Office tools on a Mac, but I personally use all of Apple's version of those programs.

Yes! I'm on a MacBook Pro right now and I have had it since 2011. It had a little bug in it and I took it to the Apple Store and they fixed it for free. I would never ever go back. And yes you can put Window's programs on it, but Mac also has their own variations of them ( Pages, Numbers, and KeyNote). Very fast. Very fast.
