On Google Chrome, sync your bookmarks with your Google account. It should transfer the contents from a device to the other.

I assume that you got a new computer and (of course) it does not have the Favorites on it there were on your old computer. Hopefully you still have the old computer because you will need to copy them from the old PC to the new one.

Assuming you are using a version of IE, click on the Stat icon in the upper right of IE (just below the X to exit out of the program) A menu will open

Go to the Favorites tab. Near the top of the menu is a drop down list.
Change that to Import and Export
Click the Button that you want to Export
Select that you want to export the Favorites and Click OK
Select the top most item in the list that appears if you want to export everything and Click OK
Select where you want to save the files then Click OK
It will make a files at that location that has your favorites in it.

Copy that file to USB memory stick or attach it to a mail and send it to yourself

On the new computer either copy the file from the USB memory stick or detach it from the email
Follow the same steps as above only select the Import button instead of the Export button
Point it to the file you just copied over to the new PC
It will load in all y our favorites.

(And there are some senior citizens like myself who know how to do this. But then, I have been working in the computer field since the 1970 s.)
