Right click on your desktop → intel settings(or whatever yours is) find screen colours and turn down red. Or, update your drivers.

If you have a night vision option (red instead of white backgrounds), turn that off.
With no idea which Lenovo laptop or which video system in it, nor the Windows version, no further guesses.
