I Have a lenovo laptop. Everything was fine. I dropped it, and it needed a new motherboard. I paid a place to replace the motherboard. Now, the bluetooth connects, but it is about 1/5th volume it should be on any bluetooth device.
The other issue is that there's no sound from the speakers. First only one speaker worked, then none.
Did I somehow blow ther speakers? It the bluetooth thing slavageable? The only way I get sound now is with plug in headset which works ffine.
Just wondering if I should just buy a new computer, or get new speakers, I don't know what to do.
Please Tech advice about computer sound issues.Only way to get sound i from plug in headset?
Did the motherboard cost more than the laptop you paid for?
The hard drive is the most important hardware of the laptop.
Laptop was 600. Motherboard 275. Yeah I'm frustrated its become a money pit
Friend I'm not disparaging you but when you drop a computer and it needs a new motherboard throw it in the garbage take the hard drive out of it and take the RAM and take the battery and take the charger and throw the rest in the trash can because it never is going to work right after you drop it. There are so many components inside a laptop that are made of ceramic or glass that you probably damaged more than just one board. Save yourself the future headaches sell it on eBay as a laptop that runs but has sound problems. Get what you can get for it and buy yourself a Dell m4600. With a fast processor 2.7 or better and 8 gigs or more of RAM and a solid-state drive if you can find one on eBay you'll pay 3:25 or less and you'll have more computer then you have now
Find someone who can help you in person.
Did you install the audio driver?
did you check the internal volume?
did you TICK the audio output on the menu?
how do I open the disc drive on this Lenovo laptop
