Your pc has the required specs for the game.it may be able to get a good amount of gameplay without lag. If there are any lag you can basically set your setting to a lower level.Well that being said,

I'd imagine so. Probably wouldn't get above 30FPS on High settings, though. But I'm not 100% as I'm not into laptops.

It will 100% run on your computer! You won't be able to have the highest graphics but you shouldn't lag on low settings. Just remember you need 20g of disc space
