Can I run Windows 10 repair usb stick from cmd?

I can't boot up my computer and no troubleshooting options work except for cmd. I can't even access my bios or "boot menu". Even system restore doesn't work. Only thing I can use is my cmd. I have a windows 10 system repair usb stick. Is there a way to "activate" it with cmd? I have a Lenovo G510. Neither f2 nor f12 work on boot up, though they worked like a few weeks ago.

You can create a bootable USB drive but it sounds like you have other issues with hardware. If you can't at the very least boot in BIOS or use the trigger keys then you either have a bad keyboard or bad motherboard. In order to boot into a USB drive you need to be able to trigger the boot menu key or edit the boot order in the BIOS.

With Windows 8 and above comes with fast boot. You have to be really fast to get the FN keys to work. To turn it off so you can access BIOS/UEFI or boot menu try the info below.
