Are Acer desktops good quality?

I sell computers for a living. I have heard more complaints about Acer and their computers than any other brand. My store even stopped carrying Acer computers the brand is just not that great. I would stay away if I were you. Most people complained about Their computers being slow and/or crashing within a year or sooner. If you want a good brand, try Asus, HP, or Lenovo. If your prior experience is with Dell, HP and Gateway, you'll be too inexperienced for an Acer. Acer's don't have any problems so you won't know what to do, other than perform a task without interruption. At least the others gave you a chance to take a break whilst they were restarting!
