Every time I'm in Facebook and I want to play my games it keeps giving me a grey screen and it blacks out on me as I'm playing my games. What could be the problem I'm having? I'm never buying another Lenovo Computer again cause this computer is a real headache to work on.

It depends on what is blacking out, if the entire screen is blacking out it may be a graphics card issue, if that's so try looking on device manager and seeing if a problem is detected with it and try updating your drivers for it. I know Nvidia updates their drivers often and just open nvidia GeForce Experience program and update your drivers from their. If it's just the web browser blacking out I'd suggest trying to see if a different web browser will work for your intended purpose
