Is Lenovo Essential G710 good for medium quality gaming?

I'm thinking of buying this laptop Lenovo Essential G710 and i was just wondering if it was powerfull enough for medium quality gaming. I don't know much about laptops so i can't read all that technical stuff about it. Can please someone help me?

PS. The laptop i have now is so bad that i can't watch reviews.

PSS. I don't want a desktop. I know desktops are better for gaming but i want a laptop

What do you mean by "medium quality" gaming? If you're trying to play games like Battlefield 3/4, Watch Dogs, GTA V, etc. These laptops won't even play them on Low settings. If you're playing flash games, it's enough, but not for most of the AAA games out there.
