When you hear the buzzing sound, tap on each fan continuously, one at a time to find out which one is noisy. The noise should stop if the fan gets aligned properly. When you find the noisy one, you can either open the back of the fan (there's a small rubber plug at the center under the sticker) and add one tiny drop of clean cooking oil inside or replace the fan entirely.
