I was factory resetting my computer and it said there was an error. And it said to go to Windows so I clicked that. Then the screen went black and won't come off. I have tried unplugging it and hard shutdown it. Nothing is working it is not the moniter I just tested it the computer is not giving the monster anything to display for some reason. It is under warenty I have a Lenovo computer. Is it fried? Should I just replace it?

When the computer boots back up, do you see the POST/BIOS option screen? Does anything show before Windows loads up? If you still have a warranty, I would contact Lenovo.

If it is under warrant I would take it in. I have seen several post recently of people having problems with Lenovo recovery program failing and wiping out the drive, There appears to be a pattern developing.
