Why isn't my the old republic game working on my computer?

It installed and was working on this computer just fine when I used to play, recently I reset my computer and erased everything. I downloaded Star wars the old republic and installed eerything. When I try to lay it it opens just a sliver of a screen of it and never fully opens. I tried going in different resolutions and it does basically the same thing. In the photo you can see what's happening, it's a little box in the corner of my screen right now. It won't load either.
I have a a graphics card and all of the same arts of my computer that the game was playing fine on before.

Please help me figure out what the problem is. Thanks!

Was it running Windows 10 before? If not, then this might be a problem with the graphics drivers working in Windows 10.

Was it working over HDMI and at the same resolution to the same TV previously? I recently connected an old computer that was working on a 1080p monitor to a Panasonic TV, and it worked fine in the BIOS, but as soon as the OS started the picture was just a random mess similar to an old analogue TV with no signal.

I have subsequently tried it on a 720p LG TV and a 1080p LG TV, both of which worked perfectly.

If all the hardware including the TV is the same, I suspect you either missed or installed a different driver when after the reset.
