Would you sell a gaming laptop for a gaming desktop?

My gaming laptop is a lenovo y510p top model with a sli gt 755, i7-4700qm,12gb ram, 24gb ssd for windows OS, 1TB HDD

i could get something like £700 for it because its barely 1 month old an i would put the rest towards this

Added (1). i also have another gaming pc rocking a r9 280x but would like to get rid of that 2 for a beast of a pc so in total i'm looking at spending somewhere in the region of £2000 if anyone has any good suggestions please let me know

I created a monster, you won't need an optical drive, if you're downloading all your games, but feel free to edit on this one. And add whatever you like

Unless if you don't have space for a desktop and the desktop doesn't have as good specs as the laptop, then sell your laptop.
