How to Flash this Rom into My Phone?

My Phone is a Lenovo P70 and I want the Detailed Instructions to flash This File:

I want to Port the Dolby Digital Plus to My Phone and I don't know how, I need the Apps that I need to flash this to my phone:

As far as that thread is concerned, that app is universal and will work on most phones.
There's no need of porting it.

You just need to flash the file from a custom recovery (like CWM or Philz or TWRP…)

You better ask the doubt in that forum thread itself.
You'll get better answer.
