I just bought a leovo y50 and i'm trying to play games. Bt i'm only getting 30 fps all the timeread descrip?

When iplay on high settings i get 30 fps and when i play on low i still get 30 fps. I think somehting on my lenovo y50 is capped hel me please so that i can uncap it
