Added (1). ok so the phone has to have touch screen with a keyboard (qwerty) and it has to slide open and it has to have like a scroll wheel like on a mouse to browse internet in needs to run the latest android software or at least closer to the latest one, that is because i want to browse and have access to the newest apps

I think the phone with android app will be you want, you can buy Lenovo or Giayu Phone via ebay or aliexpress. Both of them are good and cheap, about 200~300 usd. With the newest android os and other app.
