Added (1). I have a Lenovo Y50. I'm wondering if the Nvidia graphics drivers and other driver will remain after a reset. The reason for a reset is to clean my registry.

Factory restore means everything will reset as if you just purchased it. Everything that you've downloaded, installed, updated, or changed will be gone forever. Hence the name, "factory reset".

The drivers for the computer will remain however not printers etc that are plugged in and make sure you unplug all external devices before you do it.
Then reinstall your drivers off the CD for each external device
