Is a compaq presario cq 60 hard drive compatible with a lenovo t400 hard drive?

I have a compaq presario CQ60 and I want to change the hard drive with a lenovo t400 hard drive can you change the hard drives out?

Check the connections of both drives if they are the same then it will work on your computer. If you have the cable to connect it to your motherboard then you're good to go.
