Return it under warranty, and ask for a replacement not a repair. Most shops will do this within 7days of purchase
This is a hardware problem with the screen of motherboard, nothing you can fix

This sounds like a hardware issue. If you only bought it new 2 days ago, it should be under warranty. Take the laptop back to the store and discuss the issue with them
