Are these specs ok for running AutoCAD on a laptop?

Will be starting out with Uni soon so I thought I'd elicit the opinion of the others.
These are the four I'm looking out for.
Any recommendations or are these systems just about ok for designing softwares(2d/3d) and programming?

Which one seems apt for my needs?

Option 4 is the best. It has the most powerful CPU and a dedicated graphics card.

3D Rendering takes a lot of power.
Options 1 - 3 are good, but for decent rendering speed. Option 4.

Option 2nd is best
