Can a laptop with Networking and Data Link Protocol as Bluetooth connect IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi devices?

Added (1). Hi everyone,

I came across this used Lenovo Thinkpad T420s laptop on Ebay that I want to buy, but while reading the description I noticed that on that of the Networking, the seller listed Networking Type as Bluetooth and Data Link Protocol as Bluetooth too and I can't find any information about IEEE 802.11b/g/n Wi-Fi connectivity etc.

Now I want to know if this Laptop can connect to router Wi-Fi or other Wi-Fi network devices that does not have bluetooth or can Wi-Fi network adapter be installed?

All Thinkpad T420's should come with at least an 802.11b/g/n network adapter. But as to your question, no. A Bluetooth card can't connect to an 802.11 wireless access point or device. Bluetooth is 802.15 spec which is not cross-compatable with Wi-Fi (802.11a/b/g/n/ac)
