How to connect govt lenovo b460e laptop to HDMI enabled LED TV.

Lenovo b460e laptop does not configured with HDMI port. What should I do?

VGA to HDMI does not work.
VGA is an analog signal and HDMI is digital.
You need a cable that has an analog-digital converter as VGA input and HDMI output.
