Id say so minecraft is not a very intensive game, my g5070 can play it 60fps on intel 4600 graphics

Well, most of the modern laptops can play minecraft smoothly. Just install the latest Java version. And lol, I can play minecraft on my linux computer without problems. Oh and one last thing, turn down your video settings if you're having issues.
