Does kaspersky internet security remove tracking cookies?

I have an macbook pro and I'm running mavericks with kaspersky internet security as my antivirus. I have a suspicion that a website that I have ordered from before has putted tracking cookies on my computer. This item that I'm thinking of buying keeps on showing up limited quantity every time when I click on it. I pulled up the same webpage of the seller on my lenovo windows 7 laptop and it doesn't show limited quantity on that item. Do you think they have putted tracking cookies on my computer? Does kaspersky remove tracking cookies?
