I recently bought a Lenovo y50 touch with 4k uhd. I haven't found any games yet that it can't run well with all video settings maxed out. How well do you guys think it will run dragon age inquisition compared to Xbox one?

Computers are almost always better but laptops will not last as long as a console will with quality in mind. The best bet is to build a desktop pc and that will out perform and console anyday for years to come
