Short answer: Your only options are to buy a better computer or to lower the in-game video settings.
For the most part laptops are not designed for gaming especially yours. There are a few exceptions to this rule like the laptops from Alienware. What sets Alienware apart from other laptops like Lenovo, is that they use Intel CPUs instead of AMD. You will want to avoid buying a laptop/desktop for gaming that uses an AMD CPU.
Alienware also use plug-in graphics cards that can be easily upgraded by the user, but at very hefty price. He used it primarily for gaming, but once the video card died, he had to throw it out because the cost of the card was so expensive.
Your laptop either uses a soldered-on graphics chip or the integrated graphics inside the CPU. Either way, this isn't nearly as powerful as some of the low-end graphics cards available for desktops. It's very difficult to remove the graphics chip (if possible at all), plus you may not have any upgrade options. And if you do, the cost is likely to be more than what you paid for the Ideapad let alone what it's worth.
The only thing that you can do is to set all of the video settings to the lowest setting. Other than that you'll have to buy a high-end laptop or just about any desktop. If you're going to replace your laptop, be prepared to spend at a minimum $1,300 for a decent gaming laptop. Or, you can buy a $500 desktop from Costco that will work just as well. Remember, you're paying a HUGE premium for the portability that laptops provide. If you can live without that portability, definitely buy a desktop computer and put the money that you saved into a 4K monitor.
