Are you sure it's G510?
I'm looking at them online and they are all intel based.
And it looks like all Lenovo G510s have integrated graphics chip (HD 4600), meaning it does not have dedicated graphics card in it.
Disregard if I'm mistaken.

You could try Everest its a software that displays all of your hardware info with one of the biggest hardware databases. If you search Everest there website will show up.
