Have you tried restarting and by pressing the F8 key? What version of windows are you on?

It should be the same as any other version of Windows. You press the F8 key repeatedly after you see the BIOS Splash screen (after the Lenovo logo). After a few seconds, you'll see various boot options.

Choose Safe Mode, or if you need Network access, choose Safe Mode with Networking.
