How to stop my laptop from zooming in and out all the time?

Added (1). It's a lenovo laptop if that helps. I may just have to take it to a computer tech dude but help would be appreciated!

It's not the laptop, it's you, touching the touchpad.

Touchpad setting, Disable "Gestures" or "Pinch".

Right click the touchpad icon in the notification area (Bottom right) select"Pointing device properties".

Open control panel and type "Mouse" in control panel search box…
Click "Mouse".
