How to use my computers webcam?

I have a Lenovo G560 laptop and can't figure out how to use my webcam. I used it once when I stumbled on it accidentally but now I can't figure it out!

I have a Lenovo, and I go to Control Panel+All Control Panel Items+Lenovo Web Conferencing.
