It has been quite fiddly but normal just worked however I moved it recently and now it won't charge at all, I've moved it here and there but nothing.
It is a Lenovo b51-80

I dropped my laptop a while back but now it appears to not be charging?

Check and see if the charge plug it loose in the port, if so it will need to be changed, this isn't normally a DIY job. See if wiggling the cable near the charge plug and near the strain relief exiting the charger. If their is a partial break some electrical tape can make good the break.
Otherwise take it to a tech.
