I have looked all through my Control Panel and every time the work "webcam" has popped up I've clicked on it and all it says is "device working properly." I still can't figure out how to get to it to use it, though!
I have a Lenovo laptop with a built in webcam but I have no where I can access it?

You need to use a program that accesses the webcam, such as Skype.

If you go to the lenovo site there's free webcam software.
Yawcam works fine Skype works fine and several other free webcam softwares work just great on the lenovo laptops.
As long as the driver is installed just about any free cam software will turn on the cam.
As I said yawcam very light very simple.
Cyberlinks youcam is quite a bit nicer has nice features.
