Only a tiny portion of the mouse right clicks, the rest is left, and it is always dragging/scrolling. Is there a way to make it work like a regular laptop mouse? I just want it 50% left click, 50% right click and I want it to move the mouse. I do not want it to do anything else. Is there a way to do this?
I have a lenovo Yoga and the mouse/trackpad drives me nuts?

You can make adjustments to most of the settings for the mouse/trackpad in the 'synaptic touch device' properties/settings.
