- Windows 10 I'm pretty sure the i7 alone put you over your price range. I'd check for it used. And you're going to end up with the M series video cards from either manufacturer; there's no getting around that. Yeah and I'd like a brand new Porche for $5000.
Any laptop that has a discrete graphics card like the one you describe _starts_ at $700 and just goes up in price from there. Me Too. Haven't found one yet. Won't. You won't either.
