IS HP A GOOD LAPTOPS PRODUCER?

It's not about Dell or HP or Lenovo. It's about the price point you're looking at.

OEMs like Dell, HP, Lenovo etc. Don't make these laptops, instead they outsource them to ODMs (Original Design Manufacturers) like Quanta, Compal, Clevo etc. Only MSI & ASUS are ODMs themselves. Quanta & Compal make low to mid range laptops & Clevo deals in high end gaming laptops. OEMs only assemble them by putting HDD, DVD drive, RAM etc.

So, when you're buying a 500 $ laptop, you're getting a same quality laptop with different designs. The things that matter are after-sales service, appearance, offered softwares, better battery backup etc.

So, HP is as good as any OEM at that price point you're looking at.
