Is the Lenovo Y50 worth it?

Hey i'm looking for a new gaming laptop, and the lenovo y50 looks perfect for what i need it for. But before buying it i would like some input on what you guys think about it (I already know that the screen is not too great and i could care less).

Well I really need to know which of the Lenovo Y50 laptops you are talking about as their are about 4 different versions of the y50 series and these all have different specs.
The Lenovo Y50 4k 15.6-Inch Laptop as seen here >http://amzn.to/1ymX1lP is superb for gaming. It has a brilliant processor, great memory / RAM, a very good battery life, and probably the most important the graphics card which is the NVIDIA GTX-860M 2GB and is great for gaming.

Now, if that specific model is to expensive for you, then the Lenovo Y50 15.6-Inch Gaming Laptop (59425944) as seen here > http://amzn.to/...to/1y1P6eJ is for a lower price and also is good for gaming.
Honestly, any of them you get will allow you to play the latest games at decent settings. The y50 series laptops have been rated very highly in the category of 'budget gaming laptops'.
