Is this a good laptop to start a gaming channel?

No, that laptop is a joke. You will be lucky to get 30fps on bf4 on low settings. If you are looking for a budget laptop then I would recommend this one from MSI http://www.amazon.com/...00IMTQ6I6/ But because it's pretty inexpensive the laptop is mostly plastic, thick, and heavy at 8.6lb. But if portability isn't an issue then it's great and will run a lot of games at high settings with great frames 40-60fps.
