My lenovo laptop charger isn't working. I've unplugged it and plugged it back it, upside down and all that junk. The only way it works is if the laptop is closed and leaning against a wall so that the charging area is on the ground, if that makes sense.

Try a different charger (have to purchase). If you still have the problem, it means the contact inside the computer case is bad, and the connector will have to be replaced. Unfortunately, this is a very painfully annoying, long, and risky process to do yourself. It requires taking apart everything, desoldering the faulty connector, soldering the new one, and then putting everything back together. I have had to do it before. I put a fire extinguisher nearby before testing one time… Which was a good call. Still don't know what went wrong with that one.
