LENOVO laptop keyboard and touchpad Not working/Updating?

Yesterday, it was working, until today, i opened it, typed in Below Kryl to play, but nothing appeared, the touchpad is also not budging the cursor, i've tried what the internet says, if anything, i ask for more methods before i consider hiring a technician.
