Lenovo laptop keyboard is not typing all letters?

I cleaned the keyboard. I also tried a usb keyboard and all keystrokes are not regestering.

Have you tried updating the drivers? You'd be amazed how many issues are solved by updating drivers.

The computer is only a few months old, would that be needed already?
Where do i find the drivers to update them?
