Lenovo laptop. Never heard of it?

I was in Fry. Looking at laptops for my son and I saw this Lenovo laptop, Never heard of Lebovo. Is it a good laptop? For gamming.

Was it the Lenovo IdeaPad Y580? The Y580 is a good option, but you want to be careful to ensure that you buy one of the models that comes with the 1920x1080 display and not the 1366x768 display. 1366x768 resolution in a 15.6" display makes things onscreen large, and 15.6" displays that have 1366x768 resolution tend to have very poor image quality due to low contrast.

In fact, this is a general rule of thumb: If you're spending enough to avoid low-grade displays, then you should avoid them when it is reasonable to do so.

All laptops are good at the end of the day, they all pretty much share the same internal components but when it comes to gaming, it really depends on the performance of it,

What model Lenovo is it?

Lenovo just recently became the largest producer of laptops in the world so they must be reasonable.

Lenovo are partners with IBM so yeah, they should be pretty good!
