Lenovo laptop not working?

It's happened before but i don't know how it got fixed. It says it has a problem and needs to restart. It just does it over and over again. Plus it's not that old.

It's a virus, get a good virus protector do a full system scan ( I recommend before you sleep ) and just have it clear all your problems. If that doesn't work… Find professional help. DO NOT GO TO BEST BUY AND GET GEEK SQUAD THEY WILL RESET YOUR COMPUTER WITHOUT AN OS. THEY DID IT TO ME
