Lenovo Pointing Device issue Windows 10 update problem maybe?

I have to disable my Synaptics TouchPad V7.2 on PS/2 Port 1 (took that right from my mouse properties; it shows up in the task bar as "Lenovo Pointing Device") every time I log on to be able to use my 1-4, tab, and spacebar keys.

I believe a windows 10 update last month caused this to happen. It's annoying having to disable the touchpad every time I log on to do homework and even use the internet. I don't even use a touchpad on this laptop. It's a Toshiba L775.

Look in Device Manager, choose show hidden items. See if you can find it in there. Right click it, see if you can rollback the driver. If this doesn't work, see if you can uninstall the Windows updates. If you don't see an option for that, Microsoft's site has a tool for removing updates and hiding them so they don't reinstall. You can also wait till April 11th, there will be a new Windows build release update that might fix it for you.
