Whenever i press enter it says "enter" and doing that with every key and whenever i try to use the touch screen it says "touble tap to activate" i'm using lenovo thinkpad how do i take this off
My computer is saying whatever key I press?

Go into your OS settings, go to Ease of Access Settings, Narrator, and turn that off. Should fix it.
EDIT: On Windows 7 & 8(.1) it's Control Panel > Ease of Access > Narrator > Turn it off. You can access the control panel by pressing WINDOWS KEY + S and searching for CP, by searching for Control Panel in start menu, or by right clicking the start menu and selecting the Control Panel.
