The keypad on my lenovo thinkpad is not properly working. I will be typing something and the cursor will move to the middle of the sentence I'm typing and screw up everything. I really can't take this anymore I need a solution.
My keypad is not working properly?
Look at this program and see if its something that sounds good. If so could download it n fix problem http://www.techulator.com/resources/4847-Touchfreeze-utility-lock-your-cursor-while.aspx
I'm guessing you are hitting the touch pad when you type try turning it off or putting something thick enough on it so your hand won't be sensed.
Most likely your accidentally touching the touch pad when your typing. You can either raise your wrists higher while typing but this can be uncomfortable for some people. I recommend disabling the touch pad and use a small wireless USB mouse in it's place. Most modern laptops have a shortcut key to disable the touch pad and usually its one of the F keys at the top of the keyboard. You may need to contact Lenovo on how to disable the touch pad. Below is a link on reviews for a few of the best wireless mice.
