This is brand new laptop. Its a Lenovo and i installed google chrome onto it i went to down load iTunes and it wasn't letting me. And even when i tried downloading from google images it did nothing
What can i do to fix this?
My Laptop won't let me download anything off the Internet?

Check your internet connection's status. Click the internet icon, right click the network you're connected to, status, if one thing there says 'no access' or something similar, come back here.
