Added (1). I have disable all features that would allow my laptop to sleep in power options
my laptop is alwats plugged in without the battery inside the laptop
Click on the battery icon on your taskbar (bottom left) . In the window that opens under the power plan that you're currently using (balanced or eco) click on "change plan settings". From there you can change when the computer goes to sleep mode.
Go to control panel then change settings.
