I tried to troubleshoot it and I can't find a way to restart to computer at all I tried every option such as system restore, system image recovery, startup repair, and even going back to the previous version and none of them work. I recently downloaded something to update the bios system and it restarted an the laptop has been stuck in preparing automatic repair ever since, please help me!

It is brand new laptop. Why did you need to do Bios update? Try to use warranty if the company will not consider it void.
