Posterize effect on laptop?

The posterize effect is way too crazy for me on my new laptop. Here's a pic of what I mean. I have a lenovo z50. Windows 10. Thanks

Added (1). I need help figuring out HOW to change it. I tried calibrating the screen but it didn't work.
