Some cheap laptops ( around 250 euros) that can run CSGO and LOL at 60fps low settings?

With this budget, you can run CS: GO at medium with 20-40 fps decently (maybe it can run smooth, not sure). Of course LOL will run decently at 120 fps in low settings.
